Job descriptionCross-check all pharmaceutical products leaving the facility against approved invoices, delivery notes, batch records, and waybills. Verify product names, batch numbers, quantities, and packaging integrity before dispatch. Ensure only authorized and released products exit the premises in line with QA approval. Supervise security guards assigned to the premises. Ensure guards adhere strictly to pharmaceutical security protocols and SOPs. Monitor guard conduct and report breaches, negligence, or non-compliance. Maintain accurate logs for dispatched goods, vehicles, and drivers. Ensure compliance of internal security requirements. Report discrepancies, damaged products, or suspected diversion immediately. Prevent theft, diversion, contamination, or unauthorized movement of pharmaceutical products. Enforce controlled access to dispatch, warehouse, and loading areas. Minimum of OND (additional certification is an advantage). Experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or regulated-environment security is preferred. Ability to read and verify pharmaceutical documentation. High integrity, attention to detail, and strong supervisory skills.
