Strong knowledge and experience in soil science, agriculture, and plant nutrition

Expertise in irrigation techniques and systems

Ability to conduct research and apply findings to improve farming practices

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in managing and supervising farming operations

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or related field

Experience in the vegetable farming industry is a plus
