Job description
The Head of Marketing at a Pharmaceutical Firm is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, footfall, and sales across all store locations and digital platforms. This role ensures that all marketing efforts align with firm mission to provide a holistic approach to healthcare. provide the best product, service and information possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in retail or pharmaceutical marketing in Nigeria.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including content strategy, SEO / SEM, social media, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
