ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Senior Product / Marketing Analyst. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions across our product and marketing efforts for our brands. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, generating actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with a strong understanding of product and marketing analytics, and business acumen, coupled with expertise in a modern data science tech stack.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze product usage, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketers to define metrics, design experiments, and interpret results.
• Build and deploy data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analysis processes.
• Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies and discrepancies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our data infrastructure and analytical tools together with the FTE product analytics team.
