We are looking for individuals who understand the power of networks, can build strong sales channels, and are passionate about helping people create wealth through real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Drive aggressive real estate sales through structured network-marketing systems.

Recruit, train, empower, and mentor independent marketers and business partners.

Build strong marketing teams and consistently expand your sales network.

Implement monthly sales strategies and ensure prompt, profitable execution.

Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.

Represent PWAN Group professionally at seminars, roadshows, presentations, and other marketing activities.

Maintain strong follow-up and client relationship management.

Support your team members to close deals and grow their commissions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3–5 years experience in network marketing, sales leadership, or related fields.

Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a strong marketing network.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.

Strong leadership ability — able to motivate and drive a team to achieve results.

High energy, resilience, and passion for fieldwork and team building.

Prior real estate marketing experience is a strong advantage.

Must be target-driven and comfortable working with performance KPIs.
