Client Service Support (NYSC)

We are looking for a smart and proactive NYSC member to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in NYSC or Corps members looking for PPA. As Client Service Support, you'll be responsible for supporting the client service and recruitment team with day to day administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the Client Tracker to ensure accurate and current information on all clients.
• Send recruitment follow-up emails to clients and support in maintaining professional correspondence.
• Match and reconcile the Client Tracker with the Recruitment Tracker for accuracy and consistency.
• Update the Invoice Tracker, ensuring all financial records related to clients are well captured.
• Create and update client folders for proper documentation and organization.
• Support the Client Service team with administrative tasks, reporting, and follow-ups.
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all client-related communications.

Requirements
