Job descriptionCoordinate the project activities Writing and submitting weekly reports on site progress in Word document via email including updated pictures. Ensure that staff are present on site, dressed properly and coordinate themselves properly on site Degree in Business Administration, Electrical engineering, IT, Project Management certification Health and Safety compliance certification Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in this field Good spoken and written English language and able to deliver reports accurately. Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel, and MS Project Strong communication skills Excellent management skills
PLEASE NOTE : CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT RESIDE ON THE ISLAND WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that standards of quality and safety are met on site
- Provide cost estimates for workstreams you are assigned to
- Ensure that any issue with staff or with the project is escalated to management in a timely fashion
- Oversee the works of field staff and subcontractors and ensure that deadline are met
- Monitors the medical toolbox, and provides medical assistance when required
- Keeps a record of incident reports and communicate same to management
- In charge of managing the site's cleanliness
- Responsible for taking progress report pictures, uploading them to the designated location and also sharing relevant pictures for use in
weekly progress reporting.
