Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar and energy storage market.
Build and maintain productive relationships with distributors, EPCs, corporate clients, and key industry stakeholders.
Develop persuasive sales proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts to close profitable deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets.
Conduct regular market research to monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and excellent customer experience.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic growth plans for management review.
Requirements :
HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or power solutions industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship management and client engagement abilities.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.
