Mission / Purpose of the Job
This role is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, managing and mentoring the sales team, and establishing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with proven experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, capable of delivering consistent business results while positioning the Company as a trusted market leader.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and
customer acquisition.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets, providing guidance,coaching, and performance reviews.
Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting accuracy to maximize efficiencyand conversion rates.
Generate leads and new business opportunities through networking, strategicpartnerships, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, key decision-makers, andindustry stakeholders.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings tailored to clientneeds.
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and promotional offers with prospective clients.Work closely with the marketing team to position company’s products effectively andenhance brand presence.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement andpipeline growth.
Provide regular sales reports, market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis tomanagement.
Monitor industry and cybersecurity market developments to identify new opportunitiesand ensure competitiveness.
Job Specifications : Minimum & Preferred Requirements
Education / Business Degree : Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA Degree preferred).
Work Experience :
10–12 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5years in a leadership / managerial role within technology, SaaS,
or cybersecurity.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets ina B2B / enterprise environment.
