Role Description

The Brand & Digital Storytelling Lead will be responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, executing branding initiatives, communicating brand values, and driving brand awareness and sales. The role also includes overseeing brand management, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, and crafting engaging digital stories that resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver narrative-driven marketing campaigns.

Create and manage multimedia content (videos, photography, graphics, and copy).

Maintain and execute the content calendar in line with launches and campaigns.

Grow brand presence and engagement across social platforms.

Track and analyze campaign performance for insights and improvement.

Qualifications

1–4 years’ experience in digital content creation, storytelling, or marketing.

Strong portfolio of creative or digital campaigns.

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma).

Skills

Highly creative and resourceful with strong trend awareness.

Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

Expertise in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management

Strong Communication skills and ability to convey brand values effectively

Proven experience in Sales and driving brand awareness

Creative thinking and storytelling abilities

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience in consulting or business development is a plus
