International NGO Consultant for M365Grow

About M365Connect :

M365Connect is proud to announce the initiation of our charitable wing, M365Grow, aimed at leveraging technology to foster growth and development in underserved communities. As part of our commitment to giving back, we're seeking an experienced International NGO Consultant to guide us through the process of starting our charity. This role is pivotal in navigating the complexities of international law, strategic planning, and operational setup to make a tangible impact.

Role : International NGO Consultant

Location : Remote (with potential travel for project setup and meetings)

Type : Contract (for long-term engagement)

Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning : Develop a comprehensive strategy for establishing M365Grow, including mission alignment, goal setting, and long-term sustainability planning.
Legal and Regulatory Navigation : Advise on the best jurisdiction for registering the charity, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations. Guide the process of legal registration and any necessary certifications.
Operational Setup : Outline the operational structure needed for M365Grow to function effectively across borders, including setting up remote operations and establishing key partnerships.
Stakeholder Engagement : Identify and engage with potential partners, donors, and other stakeholders critical to the charity's success.
Fundraising and Resource Mobilization : Develop a fundraising strategy that aligns with M365Grow’s mission and objectives, including identifying grant opportunities, donor engagement, and alternative funding models.
Monitoring and Evaluation : Establish a framework for monitoring and evaluating the charity's impact, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in consulting for NGOs, with a focus on international projects.

Deep understanding of the legal and operational aspects of charity establishment and management.

Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.

Familiarity with the tech sector and how technology can be leveraged for social good (preferred).

Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty in a startup environment.

Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
