About the Role

We are hiring a Brand Growth & Social Media Specialist (Growth Marketer) to drive brand awareness, increase bookings, and grow engagement across digital platforms for our car rental and apartment residences business.

You’ll create and execute marketing campaigns that attract and convert customers while enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to boost bookings and brand visibility.

Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).

Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content.

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

Track analytics, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.

Work with sales and customer service teams to convert leads into bookings.

Identify new trends and opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Growth Marketer, Social Media Marketer, or Digital Marketer.

Experience in the car rental, real estate, or hospitality industry is a plus.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and campaign optimization.

Excellent communication, content creation, and sales skills.

Ability to work both onsite and remotely.
