Lead Generation & Customer Engagement : Actively identify and contact potential customers online and through phone to generate sales leads and build a client base.

Product Expertise : Develop a thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.

Sales & Negotiation : Present products, answer customer questions, explain technical details, and negotiate prices and terms to secure sales.

Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and grow profitable relationships with customers by providing excellent service, handling queries, and following up on leads and inquiries.

Sales Target Achievement : Work independently or with a team to meet or exceed monthly or quarterly sales goals and drive revenue for the company.

Market & Trend Awareness : Stay informed about the latest technology trends, online marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Communication & Customer Service : Exceptional ability to communicate effectively through various digital platforms and provide outstanding customer service.

Technical Aptitude : Basic to strong knowledge of computers, Hardware and related IT terminology.
