Salary : ₦200000 monthly

Job Summary :

A reputable GIS land survey company is seeking a smart, customer-focused, and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to manage client enquiries, provide timely support, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Provide accurate information about services and pricing

Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

Resolve customer complaints professionally

Support daily administrative tasks

Requirements :

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Previous customer service experience is an added advantage

Must be organized, professional, and customer-oriented
