Remuneration :
₦350,000 – ₦400,000 (Net Monthly Salary) with additional Benefits : HMO, Pension, Leave Allowance, End-of-Year Bonus
Job Summary :
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media and digital content strategy to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong creative storytelling skills, proven experience in content creation, and a verifiable track record of managing social media pages with measurable engagement and growth metrics.
The role requires regular site visits to the company’s farm (Ago Iwoye) and factory (Shagamu), including attending events within and outside Nigeria for photo, video, and story content generation.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
Create engaging and original multimedia content (videos, photos, reels, captions, and stories) for all social media platforms.
Conduct weekly site visits to the farm and factory for real-time content generation and storytelling.
Manage the company’s social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to refine strategy.
Track and report social media performance metrics — reach, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
Plan and execute digital campaigns, product promotions, and collaborations.
Engage followers and respond to comments, messages, and community discussions promptly.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to capture authentic content.
Manage social media budgets, boosting, and advertising campaigns.
Pool car is available for site visits.
Qualifications and Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
3–5 years’ proven experience managing corporate or personal social media accounts with measurable growth.
Verifiable portfolio of social media pages handled, showing follower count, engagement rate, and sample content.
Excellent content creation skills — photography, videography, copywriting, and editing.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Ability to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel (local and abroad) weekly for site content generation.
Creative thinker with attention to visual aesthetics and brand storytelling.
