Bema Integrated Services Limited is seeking a visionary and results-driven Managing Director to lead the company’s strategic, operational, and marketing functions. This permanent executive leadership role requires a dynamic professional who combines strong management capability with an understanding of marketing, brand positioning, and business growth.
The Managing Director will be responsible for ensuring all departments work cohesively to achieve the company’s goals. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing teams, setting strategic priorities, and fostering innovation and excellence across all functions. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to balance organizational leadership with creative marketing insight—ensuring that every company initiative aligns with both operational efficiency and the brand’s long-term impact.
The Managing Director will serve as the principal link between staff and senior leadership, maintaining accountability, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring that all decisions reflect the company’s Christian values of integrity, stewardship, and service.
Key Responsibilities
1.Leadership & Oversight
2.Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
3.Oversee the day-to-day operations, establishing clear structures, accountability systems, and performance standards.
4.Supervise and mentor departmental heads, ensuring each team operates efficiently and collaboratively.
5.Act as the main liaison between staff and the President, ensuring effective communication and decision flow.
Strategic Planning & Growth
1.Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and operational excellence.
2.Identify new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
3.Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and profitability.
4.Lead innovation and continuous improvement across all company projects and programs.
Marketing & Brand Management
1.Direct the company’s marketing strategies and brand development efforts.
2.Collaborate with the marketing department to craft campaigns that enhance visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
3.Ensure that all marketing communications reflect the company’s mission, excellence, and faith-based values.
4.Evaluate market trends and competitor activities to inform company positioning and marketing initiatives.
Performance Management
1.Establish measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
2.Review deliverables regularly to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with organizational standards.
3.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Qualifications
Proven leadership experience, preferably at a managerial or executive level.

Experience in strategic planning, operations management, or marketing leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Compensation & Structure
This is a full-time, permanent executive position.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and aligned with company standards.
