- Founding Designers (Figma / Crypto / Blockchain)
- Salary : $150K - $200K / Year
- Hiring Criteria
- 5+ years of design experience, with deep expertise in crypto and a vision for how design can shape innovative, user-centric product experiences in the space.
- Worked on design systems or component libraries at scale.
- Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with tools like AI, HTML / CSS, Origami).
- Proven track record of crafting micro-interactions, animations, and transitions that feel effortless but are crafted with rigor.
