HR Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, marketing, and operational roles.

Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates to ensure a strong fit with the company culture and role requirements.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment records and reports.

Oversee pre-employment checks, offers, and onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Employer Branding

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand across digital platforms.

Represent the organization at job fairs, tech events, and networking sessions to attract top talent.

Support the creation of recruitment campaigns that reflect the company’s innovative and inclusive culture.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.

Stay informed on hiring trends, industry best practices, and employment laws.

Partner with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and provide regular recruitment metrics and insights to management.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in sales & marketing).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, HR software).
