Robotics Process Automation Developer

Job Summary

The RPA Developer will support the Technology & Innovation team to manage automation projects / initiatives with the aim of enhancing service delivery across the organization.

Job Details

Support technical design development and maintenance of RPA applications and associated components

Design automation processes as per the operational needs of the organization

Scripting and coding in any RPA tool to resolve automation issues.

Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools

Documenting the automation procedures

Incorporate accurate unit testing practices into development processes.

Business process requirements gathering, analysis and distilling for automation.

Coordinate with other members of the Technology & Innovation team such as business analysts, Product Managers, and other functions.

Requirements

Strong understanding of RPA concepts (bots, triggers, queues, selectors, attended / unattended automation etc).

Familiarity with at least one automation platform :

UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. (Preferably UiPath or Power Automate)

Basic programming or scripting knowledge in Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL, or JavaScript.

Understanding of API integration and data exchange (REST, JSON, XML).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn automation architecture, AI / ML integration, and process optimization.
