Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and analyse lease terms to ensure alignment with the company policies and financial targets.
• Ensure leased assets are insured, licensed, and compliant with safely standards.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process for vehicles or equipment.
• Provide close monitoring and periodic reports on lease portfolio performance, upcoming renewals and termination.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s goals
• Identify new market opportunities and drive client acquisition and retention
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards across all activities
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across various financial products and services.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and individual customers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and market standards.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and product development.
• Lead and manage business development initiatives from prospecting to closing.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, forums, and client meetings.
• Prepare regular reports and performance updates for senior management.
