Job Title : Human Resources Officer

Location : Allen Avenue, Ikeja

Salary : ₦150,000 – ₦180,000 (Basic pay, performance bonus & transport allowance)

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of HR processes and be ready to resume immediately.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with recruitment, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
• Handle payroll processing and statutory remittances (pension, tax, NHF).
• Address employee queries and ensure policy compliance.
• Organize employee engagement activities.

Requirements :

Must be available to work 5 days a week (including weekends on a shift system).
