Strong understanding of digital banking,financial services,and customer experience design. Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Job Title : Product Manager Department : Mobile Installment Location : Ikeja, Lagos JobType : Full-Time Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for leading the design,development,and enhancement of financial products and digital solutions.The role ensures that products meet customer needs, align with business goals,and comply with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product roadmap,ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and improvement areas.
- Work closely with engineering,design,and marketing teams to develop and launch new financial products.
- Define product requirements,user stories,and performance metrics.
- Monitor product performance,gather customer feedback,and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure allproductdevelopmentscomplywithregulatoryandinternalriskmanagement standards.
- Collaboratewithstakeholderstodeliverseamlessproductexperiencesthatenhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Requirements
MBA is an added advantage.
