Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to ensure the continuous and timely production of the client’s flagship product.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to diversify the economic base of the company to ensure consistent and superior returns to directors and shareholders.
• Oversee the execution of business strategies to attain the goals of the board of directors and shareholders.
• Oversight of the implementation of policies and decisions made by the board of directors.
• Provide strategic advice and report on the company’s operations to the board of directors on a regular basis to inform decision-making.
• Provide strategic leadership by working with the executive management team to establish long-term goals, plans, and policies of the company.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive business plans by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the management team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Analyse business and operational challenges and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
• Day-to-day management of company operations to achieve strategic goals.
• Organise and control diverse business operations of the company, and give approvals for projects, plans, and new ventures.
• Act as the face of the company to enhance public perception and brand visibility of the company.
• Review the financial results of all operations and take prompt and appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
