About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Content Writer & Social Media Manager to support a U.S.-based hospitality brand that manages short-term and temporary stay properties in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and conversion-focused content that boosts brand visibility, drives audience engagement, and attracts potential guests.
This role requires a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of hospitality trends, social media strategy, and content that appeals to travelers, tourists, and individuals exploring Dallas.
Key Responsibilities
Content Writing
Write high-quality blog posts, captions, newsletters, and website content that highlight property features, guest experiences, and hospitality offers.
Create engaging, informative, and educational content about Dallas, including local attractions, events, culture, food spots, and travel tips.
Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
Ensure all content follows brand voice, SEO best practices, and industry standards.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media pages across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and publish relevant content consistently.
Create content that increases brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions.
Monitor analytics and insights to optimize performance and improve outreach.
Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages to build community engagement.
Collaborate with the team to support digital campaigns and property promotions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong background in the hospitality industry , tourism, or short-term rental space.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling and original content.
Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms.
Excellent knowledge of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement.
Strong research skills, especially related to travel and destination marketing.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Must have a laptop, reliable internet , and stable power supply.
Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
Graphic design or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
