Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing employee documentation.Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.Support payroll preparation and processing activities.Organize and manage employee training and development programs.Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities.Perform other administrative tasks as required.Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources ManagerCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Communicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesAssist our recruiters to source candidates and update our databaseRequirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Skills & Experience :
Able to quickly assimilate new technical knowledge and interested in building a career with a growth-oriented company.Solid organizational and planning skills.Good command of English.Commercial acumen and the ability to promote a technical solution as a value-for-money exerciseComputer literacy, especially with regard to modern scientific user interfaces, document and presentation preparation and report writingAn understanding of business management systems, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of a CRM tool is an assetExcellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.
