Job Summary

Develop and implement strategies to build, maintain, and strengthen the organisation's

relationship with clients, thereby driving client retention.

Identify, close, and nurture new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 Responsible for aggressively and intelligently driving and ensuring that coordinated sales

are made to white / blue collar workers in corporate organisations and other bodies that

facilitate the sales of the company’s products and services.

 Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and

existing customers.

 Formulation of business proposals, presentations and contract documents on initiating

and perfecting business arrangements with corporate institutions, ensuring that such

documents satisfy all business and legal requirements.

 Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.

 Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth

opportunities.

 Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan

for how to meet these needs.

 Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and maintain proper documentation.

 Resolve account discrepancies and manage payments.

 Any other task as assigned by the Management

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Minimum of 4 years’ experience in salesmanship.

 Possess the technical ability to learn, comprehend, and communicate the company’s

products and services to customers.

 Must be target-driven, energetic and a proactive team player.

 Must have strong motivational, administrative, and customer relationship skills.
