Job Summary :

The Store Merchandizer / Sales Associate is responsible for attending to customers promptly, displaying merchandise attractively, and promoting sales through excellent product knowledge and customer service. The role ensures customers have a pleasant shopping experience while supporting the store in meeting its sales targets and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Service & Sales

• Attend to customers courteously upon arrival and provide product guidance based on their needs and preferences.
• Educate customers on product features, available sizes, and styling options.
• Convince and encourage customers to make purchases through product knowledge and persuasive communication.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to increase sales value.
• Process customer payments accurately using the store’s ERP system or POS software.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Notify customers about new arrivals, special offers, and discounts.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Salary : N100,000 / N130,000 net monthly.
