Client Summary :

Our client is a reputable cybersecurity solutions provider dedicated to building AI-driven, cloud secure infrastructure for enterprises across Africa.

Job Summary :

Responsible for leading strategic objectives, overseeing functional departments, and ensuring the successful delivery of all Company solutions.
Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and driving client satisfaction.
Responsible for giving strategic oversight to both technical and shared services departments, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and business goals, and driving operational excellence across board.

Job Duties :

Develop and implement a strategic plan for Company’s solutions portfolio aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Provide leadership and direction to all technical departments, ensuring service delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation in cybersecurity offerings.

Manage the daily operations of the SOC, Cyber Defense, Offensive Security, and Security Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations and consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, industry frameworks, and client obligations, maintaining full compliance with legal and contractual requirements.

Oversee the effective delivery of Company services such as SOC monitoring, threat intelligence, incident response, penetration testing, red / blue team operations amongst others.

Implement processes for quality assurance to ensure that Company’s solutions delivery meets high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA degree required.

15+ years of experience, preferably in the technical and cybersecurity sector.

At least 8 years in a leadership or managerial position.

Management-level cybersecurity certifications, e.g., CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or similar cybersecurity credentials.

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other operational management certifications.
