As our IT Officer, you won't just be fixing problems; you'll be empowering our staff, protecting our

assets, and directly contributing to our daily success. You'll manage critical IT infrastructure,

troubleshoot diverse technical challenges, and ensure our systems are always optimised, secure, and

ready to support our rapid business pace.

What you'll do :

 Essential Support : Provide timely and effective technical support to all staff, quickly resolving

hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.

 System Management : Install, configure, and meticulously maintain our computer systems,

networks, printers, and all IT equipment.

 Network Guardian : Monitor network performance and proactively ensure robust security and

continuous availability.

 Data Protection : Conduct regular system backups and execute disaster recovery procedures to

safeguard vital company information.

 Security Champion : Implement and enforce strict IT security policies, protecting our valuable

data and systems from threats.

 IT Asset Management : Assist with the procurement and diligent inventory management of all

IT assets.

 Continuous Improvement : Stay ahead of technological advancements, recommending and

implementing upgrades to enhance our existing systems.

What we're looking for :

 A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in an IT support or IT officer role.

 Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and core

networking principles.

 Proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP systems).

 Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical

concepts to anyone.

 The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and prioritise effectively

in a fast-paced environment.

 Highly desirable certifications include CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+,

CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), or Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator

Associate.
