What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Plan and execute growth strategies to increase sales across dine-in,

takeaway, and delivery.

Run performance marketing campaigns on WhatsApp, Opay, Uber,

Glovo, Jumia Food, and our website.

Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify growth

opportunities.

Optimize delivery channels, menus, pricing, and promotions for maximum

conversions.

Lead Order Runners to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.

Develop promotions and offers that drive sales while protecting margins.

Build partnerships with corporates, schools, community initiatives, and

influencers.

Execute local area marketing campaigns to increase awareness and

footfall.

Track performance with dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.

Lead, coach, and motivate your team to hit ambitious growth targets.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.

4–6 years in growth, performance marketing, business development, or

revenue management (QSR, FMCG, Hospitality, or Retail preferred).

Experience managing delivery channels (Glovo, Uber Eats, Opay,

Chowdeck, etc.).

Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads

Manager, CRM dashboards, BI tools).

Skills & Competencies

Growth mindset, commercial thinking, and customer obsession.

Analytical and data-driven decision-making.

Strong collaboration, leadership, and coaching skills.

Resilient, agile, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Expertise in performance marketing, pricing strategy, CRM, retention,

partnerships, and local area marketing.
