Customer Support / Telesales Representative

As a Customer Service / Telesales Rep, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your job is to ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and leaves them satisfied. You’ll also handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and support our pickup scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and other platforms

Reach out to leads, follow up on interest, and convert to customers

Provide updates on order status, issues, and pickup schedules

Manage telesales and CRM input for every new and existing customer

Communicate courteously and clearly—no messages left unread or unresponded

Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries

Provide updates on leads, customer concerns, and feedback

Suggest improvements based on recurring customer pain points

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Workspace (Excel), and basic CRM tools (training also provided)

Proactive and can work with minimal supervision

Sales-driven with the ability to persuade and follow up effectively

Previous experience in customer service or telesales is a bonus (will be trained)

A team player with great attention to detail

Must be based in Lagos.
