Patrol Supervisor

Responsibilities

Requirements

Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in the security industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, staff, and law enforcement agencies.

Demonstrated ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations.

In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and incident management.

Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technology.

Ability to recruit, train and deploy guards
