Telesales Representative

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal of achieving your sales quota.

As an efficient Telesales Representative, we expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with people skills. You must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and also deal with complaints.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new agents and assisting in developing their business

Responsibilities :

• Reach out to existing and potential agents to present our product and service offering.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings and promote them to both prospective and existing agents.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with agents to understand their requirements and needs and onboard new agents to make sales.
• Offer solutions based on Agents’ needs and capabilities.
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
• Keep an updated Agents list on the database.
