Job Overview

Priority Groups is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Relationships to lead client engagement, partner collaboration, and cross-departmental communication. The Director will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen Priority Groups’ presence and reputation in the healthcare staffing and home care industry.

This role requires a professional who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, leadership maturity, and the ability to foster trust and reliability in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client relationship management efforts, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.

Oversee partner engagement, collaboration, and performance monitoring.

Build and nurture long-term relationships that contribute to client retention and business growth.

Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Monitor client feedback and implement improvement plans based on insights.

Represent Priority Groups in client and partner meetings, acting as a trusted liaison.

Prepare reports and present relationship performance metrics to senior leadership.

Support the development of communication frameworks and best practices for client management.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, business development, or operations leadership (preferably in healthcare staffing or service-based industries).

Proven success in managing client portfolios and maintaining long-term partnerships.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-team coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.

Prior experience in a U.S.-based remote organization preferred.
