Job Title : HR Business Partner
Location : Ikeja, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary : ₦250,000 monthly gross
Responsibilities :
- Drive staff engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement staff engagement strategies that align with business objectives
- Analyze employee feedback and sentiment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement and retention best practices
