SHOPIFY EXPERT (E-COMMERCE)

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Shopify Expert with proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Shopify stores — ideally within the home decor or lighting industry . The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end management of our Shopify store, ensuring it is visually stunning, user-friendly, and conversion-focused.

Build, design, and customize a Shopify store for chandeliers and lighting products.

Manage store setup, including themes, product listings, collections, and navigation.

Optimize the website for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Create and maintain high-quality product pages with descriptions, images, and variants.

Implement Shopify apps for reviews, analytics, email marketing, and upsells.

Integrate payment gateways, shipping options, and inventory systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve store issues promptly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align web content with PPC and ad campaigns.

Analyze traffic, sales performance, and conversion metrics to improve results.

Ensure the website aligns with brand identity, aesthetics, and functionality goals.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify store setup and customization.

Proven portfolio of successful Shopify e-commerce websites (preferably in home decor, lighting, or similar products).

Strong skills in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with Shopify apps, integrations, and theme customization.

Familiar with SEO best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Graphic design experience using Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD is a plus.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Shopify Reports.

Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.

Must be able to work during PST business hours.

3. Power Backup

A reliable power backup that could sustain a minimum of 8 hours (full shift)

Examples :  Generators / / Solar Panels / / Portable power inverters etc. (UPS is not enough)

Power and Internet Backup is a  MUST.

Benefits

This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Must be available to work shifts aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.

Starting rate for the position is $4.00 USD / hr.
