We are hiring a Vertical Sales Manager for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Lagos, designed for a high performer who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, product-market alignment, and growth execution.

The Opportunity

As Vertical Sales Manager, you will :

Drive Vertical Growth : Build and execute sales strategies focused on specific customer and market verticals to scale adoption and retention.

Bridge Product & Market : Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and industry opportunities.

Own Go-to-Market (GTM) : Develop and launch campaigns, activations, and initiatives that drive revenue within your assigned verticals.

Unlock Partnerships : Identify and manage collaborations that accelerate adoption and deepen penetration in key markets.

Leverage Data : Use analytics and customer insights to refine positioning and strengthen vertical sales strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

Proven Performer : 3–5 years in sales management, vertical sales, or business development within fintech, tech, or financial services.

Strategic & Execution-Driven : Capable of crafting growth strategies while delivering hands-on results.

Sales Leader : Skilled at understanding customer pain points and converting them into business opportunities.

Innovative Mindset : Passionate about scaling products and exploring new levers for growth.

Based in Lagos : Strong familiarity with the Lagos ecosystem and ability to activate local networks.
