Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely pickup and delivery of customers' laundry, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Transport laundry items from customers’ locations to WashStation and vice versa.

Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize delays and fuel costs.

Ensure prompt pickup and delivery of laundry orders.

Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries.

Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition.

Adhere to all traffic laws and WashStation’s safety protocols.

Confirm customer details and ensure accurate item pickup / delivery.

Maintain a log of completed deliveries, fuel usage, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

Must reside in Bariga, Shomolu, Ladi-Lak, Onipan, Fadeyi, or nearby areas.

Minimum of 2 years of driving experience (preferably in logistics or delivery).

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Familiar with Lagos roads and traffic conditions.

Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation tools.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Ability to handle laundry items with care.

Must be physically fit and able to lift light laundry bags when necessary.

Basic record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory, But a Plus)

Prior experience working as a delivery driver, logistics personnel, or in a similar role.

Knowledge of minor vehicle maintenance.

Work Schedule

Monday – Saturday
