Job descriptionReach out to clients to recover outstanding loans (calls & SMS) Negotiate flexible, workable repayment plans Keep detailed and accurate records Escalate challenging cases when needed Consistently meet (and aim to exceed!) recovery targets OND / NCE (B.Sc. is a plus) At least 1 year experience in loan collection or a related role An Android smartphone Confident communication & negotiation skills A strong drive to meet targets
