Job Overview :

We're seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Specialist to ensure our organization's data integrity and adherence to industry standards. This role will be pivotal in developing and maintaining a secure Microsoft 365 environment by implementing robust compliance protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Security Configuration :

Configure and manage Microsoft 365 security features (Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, etc.).

Implement compliance strategies for GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.

Develop data loss prevention (DLP) strategies.

Coordinate incident response plans.

Train staff on security best practices and compliance guidelines.

Develop reports on security compliance for management review.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, including Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, DLP, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
