Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in fintech operations, with experience in LPO financing, SME loans, business loans, and asset financing.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
- Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor financial transactions to identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare internal control reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.
