Field Marketer

Mama Alice Gourmet Foods is seeking a high-performing Field Marketer to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and represent our brand professionally across Lagos. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and skilled in customer engagement, with a strong ability to navigate Lagos efficiently — preferably by motorcycle.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Mama Alice products directly to customers, retailers, and distributors

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Engage and educate prospective clients about the brand’s value proposition

Maintain a professional and persuasive presence in the market

Transport and manage product samples or inventory during field operations

Submit timely sales reports and customer feedback to the management team

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field marketing or direct sales, preferably in FMCG

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and customer behavior

Ability to ride a motorcycle and hold a valid rider’s permit (Not a must have)

High level of personal accountability and result orientation

Ability to work independently while maintaining company standards

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly base salary

Attractive commission structure, with total earnings of up to ₦500,000 / month based on performance
