Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy for all digital marketing channelsManage digital assets of Digital Marketing channelCreate a tailored digital marketing strategy, content marketing and social media strategy.Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Plan and manage BOI’s social media platforms incl. content creation, responding, daily management and engagementOversee and manage digital campaignsDevelop and monitor campaign budgetsApply best practices to BOI accounts as well as sharing them with team members as neededUse Google Analytics to track the impact of SEO, content marketing and social media etc.Design and manage email marketing campaigns incl. content creation, list management,Set up and optimise Google Ads and Social Media AdvertisingManage and optimise chatbotCollate and report on performance statistics for all digital communications across all channels, using these statistics to influence future digital activityRequirements
Passionate about digital marketing, strategy and campaign design with deep subject matter expertise in Content Creation, Social Media Management & Marketing, Digital Media Buying, Email Marketing, SEO, SEM,Minimum of 2 years digital marketing experienceDemonstrated experience in creating cutting edge digital marketing strategies & campaign, budgets, content calendars and digital marketing collateral,Must possess strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of technology / web development / digital marketing / social media channelsExcellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and courteous in periods of stressHigh energy, passion, and a good sense of humourExperience working with Agencies an advantageAnalytical and proactive approach to tasksHighly creative with excellent analytical abilities.Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.Strong attention to detailsStrong Interest in research and personal developmentAbility to spot consumer trends and behaviours through social listeningAbility to write high quality content for different social platformsStrong people management and negotiation skills.Ability to multi-task and work independently.Required Skills :
