Production level : during plateau period 114.000 bopd; 9,8 MSm3 / D gas (AKPO). 200.000 bopd; 4,6 MSm3 / D gas (EGINA)Budget (in Millions USD) : Coordinates technical services for about 2 MUSD per yearTechnology involved in the job : Marine Equipment.ACTIVITIES
Assist Lead Static Engineer for the updating of the Maintenance Plans, may involve procedures drafting, drawings issuance, studies performance, spare parts identification reviews, tools reviews, documentation filing, binding or data capture in computerized systems.Tprepare all methods support and implementation of practice documents regarding preventative maintenance, inspection, and testing tbe performed on AKP& EGINA cranes and lifting equipment based on recognized best practice and applicable regulations.Supports the FPSoperational teams as requested in areas of own specialty, including drafting working procedures, maintenance programs, and providing associated logistic support. As instructed, develops maintenance methods tools in own area of competence, analyses the works and practices, and suggests ways of optimization.Performs technical studies in his field of competence as instructed in view of improving performance or upgrading the facilities.Follows up the technical problems raised, follows-up the technical and contractual files, as instructed, follows up the warranty claims and the implementation of the corrective actions.Performs equipment performance analysis; develop and put in place enhanced condition monitoring programs.Follows up the day-to-day activities of the offshore teams; remains available tprovide them the assistance and support as needed.Pays regular visits tthe offshore site and participates in the jobs as required; may be involved in operational works including major shutdowns. May be incorporated intmaintenance working shifts, as required during major operations.Provides assistance and logistic support as required for the provision of resources : vendors, additional manpower, services, tools, spare parts, consumables and other materials. Coordinates the transfer offshore of these resources.Coordinates as required the repairs required tbe subcontracted outside.Coordinates, according tthe instructions received from hierarchy, his activities with the MTMC (Maintenance and Technical Methods Contractor) method and planning engineers based in Lagos.Follows-up the spare parts and consumables consumption, report anomalies and initiate suitable action tprevent shortage.Reviews the requests for materials, defines the technical specifications for purchase.Supervises receipt of materials from a technical point of view. Visit the Ladol warehouse when required.Controls the condition of materials in warehouses, takes action for improvement as needed.Performs periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.Co-ordinate these actions with concerned staff, from both offshore and onshore sites.Support DW COMPANY asset installations for all related crane issues (specifically for new cranes, specification for upgrades and heavy lift works on cranes).Supervision until completion of 5-years major inspection and overhaul of all marine equipment in all DW installations (based on Contractor / OEM and site reports).For all marine and life saving equipment :Review / Produce Maintenance Plan as per Vendor recommendationsReview / Correct / Create corrected BOMs in SAP, establish MRP parameters for spare partsEnsure all equipment is certified by third parties or OEM where applicable.CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

Within the framework of DW Field Operations (AKPO-EGINA), the main objectives are, in the field of Marine equipment, toTensure all engineering processes, inspection and maintenance are efficiently carried out in strict compliance with safety policies and procedures on all marine equipment.Tensure lifting and marine support as technical authority tthe DW field operations efficiently and in accordance with Company Rules, Statutory rules regulation tassure the oil and gas production targets within the budget estimated.Tensure the reliability and availability targets of DW installations according tHSE Company standards.Tanalyze mechanical maintenance activities related tmarine equipment performance from the technical and economic perspective and takes action necessary tachieve company set objectives regarding efficiency, cost optimization and savings.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Formal education : B.SC. Mechanical Engineering or Degree as Chief Engineer or equivalent (2.1).Professional experience (number of years) : 15 years' experience with :Technical knowledge and experience in Marine equipment, life-saving appliances and hydraulic power transmission and control systems, and various Mechanical Static Equipment.Proven experience working with heavy machinery / equipmentExtensive experience within maintenance, fault finding, build and procurement of equipment projectsTeam management skills.Computer literacy is an advantage.Proficiency in English language.
