QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Must be a PhD degree holder in relevant fields with not less than 10 years of cognate teaching, research and administrative experience in the University system or Research Institute, including two years as a Reader.
  • Must have sufficient numbers of admissible publications (18) in reputable, peer-reviewed academic journals with at least 75% in print and 12 must be in journal articles in the candidate's discipline to be seen on Google Scholar.
  • Previous involvement in University Administrative roles.
  • Evidence of active participation in university committees and decision-making processes.
  • Evidence of membership in relevant academic and professional bodies.
