Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to support our global hiring and help secure top talent for Reliance Health's growth.
  • In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations, working closely with hiring teams and division leaders.
  • The ideal candidate is data-driven, skilled in modern sourcing techniques, and adept at using recruitment technologies to deliver a seamless candidate experience and high-quality hires.
  • Responsibilities

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate, you will do the following :

  • Execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across multiple markets, using advanced search techniques and networking.
  • Partner with hiring teams to define role requirements, screen candidates, and manage structured interview processes.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear, timely, and engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Support data-driven recruitment by tracking and analyzing metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
  • Optimize recruitment tools and technology (ATS, sourcing platforms, CRM) to enhance workflows and candidate management.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates across competitive and emerging markets, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
  • Skilled in conducting structured interviews, candidate assessments, and reference checks.
  • Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in using ATS, sourcing platforms, and automation tools to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with shifting priorities.
  • Familiar with recruitment analytics and able to track key metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Awareness of global hiring practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across diverse and cross-cultural teams.
