  • Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to support product and service development.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of solid Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, in the Health sector.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Not more than 28years of age.
