IVD Sales Representative

Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and proactive Healthcare Professional (HCP) Representative to promote and detail our Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) solutions, specifically glucometers and related consumables, to doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other key healthcare stakeholders. The role focuses on educating HCPs, driving product adoption, and strengthening our brand presence in diabetes management within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Responsibilities
Medical Detailing & Promotion
Conduct professional product detailing visits to doctors, endocrinologists, diabetologists, pharmacists, nurses, and other HCPs.Deliver scientific, evidence-based presentations highlighting product features, clinical benefits, and patient outcomes.Organize and facilitate Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, workshops, and product trainings for HCPs.Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.Market Development & Sales Support
Drive awareness, recommendation, and prescription of glucometers and consumables among HCPs.Work with the sales team to translate HCP recommendations into product sales at pharmacies, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.Identify new business opportunities, including emerging clinics and diabetes care programs.Support product launches and campaigns through medical advocacy and HCP engagement.Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary liaison between the company and HCPs, ensuring high levels of trust and credibility.Provide after-detailing follow-up and respond promptly to HCP queries on clinical usage and product performance.Ensure ethical promotion of products in line with regulatory and industry compliance standards.Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and HCP feedback to provide actionable insights.Submit regular activity reports, call logs, and feedback to the manager.Maintain updated knowledge of diabetes care, POCT technologies, and clinical guidelines.
