Job descriptionCoordinate the delivery of purchased items to the end customer in a timely and efficient manner. Liaise between the store representatives, the social media manager, and the riders to ensure the correct item(s) is / are delivered to the correct recipient(s) on time. Keeps record of orders made and goods delivered and submit daily to the Store Manager list / pictures of pending items needed to fulfill any pending customer order. Take pictures of goods delivered before delivery to ensure evidence of the condition of goods Properly package and label all items to be delivered Check daily on order status until they are delivered Handover items to be delivered to the company riders and track riders to ensure items are delivered to the correct recipient Constantly update customers with their tracking information once their order has left and follow up with customers to ensure the correct items have been delivered Liaise with the store manager, to ensure that correct items are processed and delivered to the correct recipient(s) on time. Interact with 3rdparty logistics providers as necessary Ensure that all logistics processes are in line with the company’s policy on the delivery of items Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required to the Logistics Officer Provide additional support as required to the Logistics Officer Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
