Summary

  • We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement across our multi-brand wellness group.
  • The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, and omnichannel campaign execution, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or consumer products space.
  • What You'll Do

    Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, track trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead cohesive marketing across all brands, including spas, products, mobile services, and CSR.
  • Digital & Performance Marketing :

  • Manage SEO, SEM, paid social, email, content marketing, and affiliate channels.
  • Use data-driven insights, A / B testing, and analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition, conversions, and retention.
  • Brand & Communication :

  • Evolve and manage the ORK’ brand identity across touchpoints.
  • Oversee PR, influencer partnerships, and media outreach.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across geographies and platforms.
  • Partnerships & Product Marketing :

  • Support franchisees and distribution partners with toolkits and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product teams on launches, positioning, and messaging.
  • Design retail and spa-specific promotions and activations.
  • Customer Engagement & Loyalty :

  • Lead CRM initiatives and retention strategies (e.g., rewards, surveys).
  • Track customer behavior to improve experience and lifetime value.
  • Team Leadership & Budgeting :

  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and report performance to leadership.
  • Introduce AI, automation, and MarTech tools to boost efficiency
  • Key Metrics You'll Drive

  • Lead Generation : 90% increase in qualified leads quarterly.
  • Sales Growth : 90% increase in quarterly sales.
  • Customer Retention : Raise repeat rate to 90%+.
  • Brand Awareness : 50% increase in media mentions and PR features.
  • What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (postgraduate / professional qualifications are a bonus).
  • 6+ years' experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and sales.
  • Strong background in beauty, wellness, or consumer products is a plus.
  • Proficiency with SEO, paid ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, innovation, and time management skills.
  • Salary

    N700,000 - N800,000 monthly.
